Our hours are: Mondays to Fridays 6:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Saturdays: 7:00 AM - 12:00 PM, Sundays : CLOSED

Yes: give us as much notice as possible, and if available, we will be more than happy to meet your needs.


How do we ship your product?

There are many different avenues to use (air lines, truck lines, couriers), depending on your location or situation. Please contact our sales force for more detailed information on your needs. Don't forget to ask for our special rates with some carriers.

Prime/Jessup: 12:00PM

What are your care & handling procedures for your product?

All of our products are treated and pre-cooled before shipping.


What if my product arrives damaged?

As perfect as flowers seem, they are still a perishable, delicate item. If you experience any difficulty, please notify us and your freight company immediately to ensure a speedy resolution.
